These terms govern the use of the website and platform of ENGERIS — Engenharia, Comércio e Prestação de Serviços, LDA. ("ENGERIS"), a company headquartered in Luanda, Angola, NIF 5002838141, registered under no. 2.562-26 at the Commercial Registry (One-Stop Business Desk). By using the site, you accept these terms. 1. Use of the service
You undertake to use the website and platform lawfully, without impairing its operation, security or the rights of third parties, and to provide truthful information in forms and requests.

Access to the client portal is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out in your account. Notify us immediately in the event of unauthorised use.
3. Proposals and quotations
The values, estimates and proposals presented (including those generated or indicated through the site or the virtual assistant) are informative and non-binding. A quotation is only definitive after a technical survey and formal written confirmation by ENGERIS.
4. Virtual assistant (ÍRIS)
The virtual assistant provides support information and may contain inaccuracies. Its responses do not constitute binding technical, legal or financial advice, nor do they replace contact with our team.
5. Intellectual property
The ENGERIS brand, the logo, the texts, images and the platform software are the property of ENGERIS or its licensors and are protected by law. Their reproduction or use without authorisation is not permitted.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ENGERIS is not liable for interruptions, temporary unavailability or for decisions made on the basis of merely informative information presented on the site.
7. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party services (for example, social networks or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those services.
8. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by Law no. 22/11, of 17 June (Personal Data Protection).
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Angolan law. For the resolution of disputes, the courts of the district of Luanda have jurisdiction, save for mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
